And we're off! Almost!

It's Sunday, March 20th, and I'm certain that I am not alone in feeling anxious, excited, and a bit exhausted as I prepare to leave tomorrow.  This blog is meant to be a means of communication for parents and students as we explore.  Enjoy!

  1. Hi everyone!
What time was it in New Zealand when you arrived? It says 8:50 am, but whose time zone is that? Hope the overnite flight went well. Have an amazing time. Pam J

  6. We got an email from Trevor this morning. He said they slept on the plane so are not too jet lagged. They got to Auckland and got on a coach bus and went to Rotorua. Stopped a couple of times for morning tea and lunch. New Zealand has fantastic ice cream! They took a boat tour and learned about the history of the town. The weather is fantastic...everything is super green. Today is going to be a long day touring around the city.

  7. Sally B. - Sarah's mom - talked to Sarah on the phone and wanted to get this update out. Everyone is great. They went to a Jade factory yesterday and today were going to the Lord of the Rings film site -"The Shire". The weather is not tropical but very nice. They are having a great time.
